Champs at Your Preschool!

Champs Express gymnastics & fitness classes are on-site at your child's preschool! Our certified coaches show up weekly and utilize the fundamentals of gymnastics to work on gross motor skill development, balance, coordination, team work, and creative play. Classes are weekly for 30 minutes, and are certain to have your preschooler bouncing and leaping for more fun every week!

Dance Express is preschool ballet and dance fundamentals program. Throughout the year, Dance Express students will learn the fundamentas of ballet, tap, jazz, and hip-hop in our weekly 30 minute classes, held on site at their preschool. Also, we will have 2 recitals throughout the year for the children to showcase all the wonderful things they are learning in class; one in December and one in May!

Safety Express prioritizes keeping children safe and educating them on how to make the best choices so they have can fun and safe lives. Weekly themes focus on fire safety, learning about "sneaky people", how to find an adult when they need help, learning how to dial 9-1-1 in an emergency, and much much more! Classes are weekly and our instructors teach and reinforce critical safety skills!

Wild and wacky are just the beginning! We host an event onsite at your school with music, relays, team building activities and FUN! Program usually lasts 2 hours but can be catered to your school’s needs.  No need to gas up the school van or bus, this field trip comes to you! Our Champs Coaches will show up onsite to your school and bring the games, activities, and FUN to your school age group!
